Fed-Ex and UPS are our standard shipping methods in the United States and Canada. If you provide an e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail shipment confirmation.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are paid for by the customer; merchandise is shipped UPS or Fed-Ex, tracked, and insured for full value.

Gypsy Moon gladly accepts unused merchandise that bears no sign of wear or damage and that has all tags attached.

Customers must obtain an RA Number from Gypsy Moon before merchandise can be returned. Customers may call (781.861.9800) or e-mail to obtain RA number. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package, or the the package will be not be accepted. Gypsy Moon is not responsible for damages that occur after delivery.

If you should decide to return an item, we ask that it be sent back insured for the full value (the amount you paid for the item) via a trackable method (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.)

Any item which is customized in any way, or which is a vintage or one-of-a-kind piece, will be a final sale. All stockings, tights and armwarmers are a final sale. All sale items are also a final sale. Once we have received the returned garment, we will credit your account, do an exchange or issue a shop credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for returned or exchanged items.

Return time period:
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or credit refund within SEVEN days of the receipt of purchase. Returns will not accepted after the specified day from receipt. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

In-store purchases must still be returned within 1 week in unworn condition, for exchange or store credit only.
